Subsidiary of Qantas, Jetstar is the largest low cost airline in Asia-Pacific by revenue. Strategy and execution work involved localising 22 global sites, simplifying production and defining brand voice. Training content creators and building a single source of truth added structure to the process and kept me sane.
Highlights:
• Reduced a 650 page website to a manageable, zero defect 52 pages
• Transitioned 22 independently managed sites in 11 languages into a single governance process
• Introduced a customer service avatar to handle 10,000 queries per month
• Built a create once, publish everywhere (COPE) system in the CMS for 15 high-risk content modules
